I'd go with jmail - top stuff. Latest version can read pop3 mailboxes
and do PGP.

Win2k Pro includes a slightly crippled version of IIS (although it might
be labelled as PWS). If I recall correctly Pam is on a windows 98
machine, which means it's PWS proper, which doesn't support CDONTS
without some sort of shananigans.
