I thought Ebay works on a 3 strikes and you're out rule.
Whether as a Buyer or Seller if the other party breaks their part of the
ebay agreement, for instance refuses to buy/sell the item in question you
can report them to ebay. All that happens it that the user accumulates 1
warning, oh and this is independant of any bad feedback so it could explain
the sudden banning (if its genuine)
Whether they tell you when you get a warning each time is another matter...
I'd be interest to know as I'm about to report someone to ebay for refusing
to buy the goods they won at auction (Their excuse is they had also won the
same item cheaper in another auction and they wanted to back out...which is
nice)

Does anybody have an experience with ebay? I just got an account
suspension notification, apparently I'm in violation of Section 9 of the
User Agreement.
9. Breach.
Without limiting our other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning,
suspend or terminate your user registration and refuse to provide our
services to you without notice to you: (a) if you breach this Agreement
or the documents incorporated by reference; (b) if we are unable to
verify or authenticate any information you provide to us ; or (c) if we
believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users
or us.
I was only selling a few Silk Screen Prints that I'd created last year.
Sold one, although never heard from the buyer re: payment, sent him
several messages. Had just uploaded another one yesterday and get this
Suspension Notification, but no indication as to why. Have send them a
query, but was wondering if anybody else had had any experience of this.
