the following is an extract from an article on VNUNET.com dated in 2000

I have also spoken to NTL, not Telewest. Who say, we do not offer ADSL
services anywhere in the UK.

As you said there is nothing stopping them reselling BT's ADSL service,
doesnt mean they do.

You seem adament that your client has ADSL with Blueyonder so I will relent.
Though thus far I have seen no concrete evidence that the service exists.
