FN-FORUM: BT Broadband

Hi all,
I think this question may have arrisen before but Can't remember the
solution - or whether there is one!
One of my clients has just 'upgraded' to BT broadband and selected the basic
package. They installed it today and he is very pleased with the speed of
the internet and reciving emails, but he was told he cannot use it to send
any emails. The nice lady at BT told him to upgrade to BT Openworld if he
wants to use them as an ISP. He has forwarded onto me a page which states BT
Broadband does not provide e-mail services. Now is there a workaround this?
He gets the message along the lines of 'the email address is not recognised'
when he tries to send an email.
Any ideas?
