FN-FORUM: outlook express question (mac v5.0.6)

i have a folder full of emails from various people who i want to email back
in one go. basically i don't have their email addresses in my address book
but i want to add them all to the BCC box of a new mail message. is there a
nice easy way of doing this using outlook express?
