how easy is paypal integration with a site?

i have a client who wishes to use it to charge people for a game so i need
confirmation from it that payment has gone through to findih processing the
order.

also what are its pro and cons when compared to netbanx and worldpay (who
i'd prefer - but paypals cheaper)
