Rus, Measured stats - buyers 0.3% - 1% of visitors if you're doing better then you have a really good site or product. If you're overpriced (vs. the competition) the conversion rate rapidly drops....

Verdana is a standard Windows font (certainly for W2K and XP anyway) - I've e-mailed a PDF to you direct containing a list of the fonts installed as standard under W2K ... you wouldn't want my main XP...
