Pamela,
This is a permissions problem. If this is being run via Apache, is it
possible that the Apache is running with a user and group different from
the owner of the FormMail file? The Apache user is usually either
"apache" or "nobody". If you set the ownership of the formmail.pl file
to this, I think it may work.
