well, would have been good if it was :)
other things i'd do would be:
1. create a very basic "hello world" program and upload to the cgi-bin.
CHMOD to 755 and see if it runs.
2. did you create the cgi-bin yourself, or was it there already? if you
created it yourself, is there a cgi-bin inside /public_html that you should
be using - are there other perl programs in the cgi-bin that work already?
3. do you have messaging software? ICQ, MSN? would really like to get this
resolved as it sounds like a really ickle thing (or it *could* be...) and
realtime problem solving a much better way of doing it :)
