Unless things have changed, Outlook uses S/MIME which is not compatible with
PGP. The two are /supposed/ to be migrating towards a common standard, but
that's been the case for a few years now... :(
If you need a free alternative to PGP, try GnuPG
plus WinPT
. I managed to get a few non-techies using
them successfully, so they can't be too difficult to use. ;-)
