FN-FORUM: Broadband - anyone use Zen?

I've just heard that my exchange will get broadband in August. I registered
with Zen (among others) ages ago in an attempt to get the numbers up.

They've just emailed me and invited me to place an order.

Does anyone here use Zen? Good or bad?

I have got Home Highway at the moment, and I know I have to get that
removed. Anyone any experience of this? How smoothly did the switchover go?
