Yep, Zen are good, been using them for about 6 months. You get a small
subnet which is ace, not needed support so can't comment on that.

I moved from One.Tel (ex Iomart, ex Madasafish) which I'd had about 2
years and it wasn't a particularly smooth transition but that's not
really the fault of the DSL providers, it's more a BT thing. I had to
cancel the adsl part of the line and get a new one reinstated which
seemed stupid and meant downtime.

The only issue that I currently have with Zen is that I'm trying to
upgrade to a 1MB connection, but apprently I'll need to set up a whole
new account, with new IP's etc, which is a real drag. Such a drag in
fact that I'll probably not bother
