Hi Tony,
Depends on the exactly specifications but it wouldn't be difficult to set up
a php/asp script that inserts the data into a database on the server and
also sends the email. Your client could then access all the data through an
online control panel.
Could use Excel, though Access or MySQL would be better as their capabale of
more concurrent users (just incase).
