Read Google's info on cloaked sites and gateway pages.

Subject: FN-FORUM: SALSA seo???
Hi all,
My business partner is trying to sort out some marketing/SEO for a
website, and he's asked me what I think about something called SALSA.
Now I know jack shit about web marketing and SEO, but this sounds really
dodgy to me:
"SALSA is the undisputed leader in search engine optimisation
methodologies that GUARANTEES you top ranking in the search engines
under key phrases that your potential customers will key into the search
engines. Using proprietary technology and 6 years experience of what
works with search engines we create hidden SALSA sites that
concentrate on your top phrases and that re-direct users automatically
to your web site."
So basically they make another website that artificially baits search
engines? Is that not a really bad thing to do?
Cheers,
Chrid
