Seems fine here on both Safari 1.0 (beta2 v74) and IE 5.2.3
Both (obviously) on OSX (10.2.6)
Also looks good on Netscape 7.02

They can't, because most of the companies that employ contractors refuse to
contract other than through agencies, and agencies will only take contractors

That was an impressive list of things taht the PCG does....
Only problem is that I'd only heard of them in connection with the IR35
