DPA is a minefield (UK, EU, Across boundaries etc etc etc) take your pick
which one will be used if it goes pear shaped. We use EU wherever the
client accepts it as it's generally more stringent...

Not quite sure what you are asking here but you should be able to create
a pdf from Adobe distiller and print that to your Epson. I do this a lot
as it prints postcript and better quality....

Probably a spammer hoping to cause mayhem via your site.....
Have you tried doing a WHOIS on the IP addresses? They're probably spoofed
but who knows....
