to being black listed for allowing spam/relays etc.

I had this problem at the beginning of June. It would seem that there is
now an authentication routine that has to happen before one can send or
receive emails through any of the BT Click and BT Open...

It's always preferential to maintain all layers so that alterations to,

a GBP isn't in the US ASCII basic char set (keep them below 128) so as soon
as you put one in it will munge.
