thanks for the tip Alan, an interesting idea - I'll check it out and
see what happens... i've been trying to mess around with
releaseCapture() here but it doesn't seem to work that well!

i want to try and keep it all in the same page if possible as it seems
a little in-elegant to fire up a new page on completion.
