It's the opinion on many a Mac list that Safari was only designated 'one
point oh' as a response to Microsoft's announcement re. Mac IE and Apple's
need to show the user base they have a viable alternative.

The percentage will rise as more and more users move to OS X. As for the
missing features/bugs, they'll get sorted in time.
