I have a client who runs an IT training company and has a simple
Unix-hosted site=2E He wants to have a form that can be completed that on=

submission, takes the visitor to a certificate with a unique reference
number that can be used as a money-off voucher for training courses=2E Th=
e
training company needs to be mailed the information submitted by the
visitor along with the voucher number so that they can check that the
numbers match when people book onto courses=2E
