My Vaio GRX316MP lasts about 2.5 hours with all power saving on when
it's on batteries so I can just manag...

You need to go to the creditors meeting. The receiver/liquidator should
have already determined if this transaction was fair and reasonable. If not
then this will come out and you can start...

If the director of cmpany A is declared bankrupt then he cannot be a
director of another company (simple stuff) but he can have a position as a
ceo of another company and effectively run it this way....
