I've been using Enterprise Manager to do all the work I need thus far,
but I find it a little sluggish and not particularly intuitive. I felt
sure that there would be some affordable third party tool that I could
use, but couldn't find anything when I looked :o(

I guess this query isn't particularly urgent, but if someone knows of a
nifty alternative I'd be very grateful!
