I clicked on the link and it picked up Auckland initially (100km away).
Clicked on the map and got as close as Hamilton (27km).

Why are you using port 110 (POP3) to send mail? It should be 25 (SMTP)
unless your ISP has told you specifically to use another.
There may be other problems as well...

I don't know PHP but SMTP (Out Mail) is normally Port 25, POP (in mail) is usually Port 110
It looks on the surface that your either trying to read mail on an SMTP server (Out) or Send Mail...

Its a really nice idea and it works great. I just think it could be packaged
