nope - the whole message is quoted in the reply - unless there is a sig
delimiter.

the ads now have one, so they get excluded from the quoted message, thus
saving a few seconds and ensuring I never send the ads again when
replying...

hopefully other mail clients will strip it off too and then we only see
the new ad not the origial ad plus the new ad...
