don't know if its just me, but the graphics look very pixelated, also the
community and about us pages seem out of place, they don't fit into the
style of the rest of the site.
maybe also break up the text on the about us page its looks long and very
uninteresting, maybe some corp. style images.

A note on the main banner: this type of image does not suit a gif, either
use a jpeg or split it in 2, so the left hand side up to the edge of the map
is a jpeg then the map part is a gif (maybe get rid of the drop shadow to
clean it up).

also although I like white space, there just seems a lot of it?
