But beware with Outlook. Some versions throw up a dialog box for each

For such a small volume, if you have a PC and Microsoft Office, I would
suggest using the Mail Merge Wizard in Word, which allows you to merge
an email message in Word format directly with an Outlook database. You
can specify whether you want to send in Plain Text, HTML or Rich Text,
and all the messages will be personally addressed to each recipient.
It's a piece of cake to do.
Otherwise, Groupmail is very good too.
