Scanning through the projects as they plopped into my inbox today I came
across this last para in a spec:

'To avoid waste of time I should note, that the first time we deal with
anyone as a result of this post it would be on the basis of payment only if
the designs are accepted.'

This is a bit cheeky, I know that we are all in need of constant work but a
freelancer will be confident of their ability if they approach a job poster
and if the poster commissions they must be confident the freelancer can
deliver.

Why not just ask for a freebie/ideas?
