An access DB has security built into it. I'm not sure if you can set the
security to expire access rights after a period of time.

Subject: FN-FORUM: Access Databases
Hi all and Happy New Year
Does anyone know if there is a way of finding out if an Access database
has some sort of 'locking' system set in it? We want to be able to
check if someone who has developed an Access DB has set something called
a 'Unauthorised Access Key' (or something like that) to automatically
disable a database after a set period of time or a certain date.
Any advice appreciated (may be a strange request but it is a very long
story).
Thanks
Emma
