Please take a good long look at Topstyle 3:
http://www.bradsoft.com/topstyle
written by the guy that did Homesite it's the DB's for CSS/Xhtml
handcoding. It also does nifty site management and loads of other stuff,
you can also map your ASP/PHP code via the server to get a live preview..
I use it almost exclusively now.
