There is no -0 function on netstat, and no tasklist command. (i am assuming
you meant - rather than / for calling params.)
Wow, this is the first reason I have seen to upgrade to XP from win2K.

Use 'netstat /aon' to get all listening sockets (numerically) with Process
IDs.
Use 'tasklist /svc' to get a tasklist with PIDs and running services.
Works on XP at least (and so probably 2003), and I *think* it works on 2000,
but it's been a while since I've been near a 2000 system. Anyone?
