A) AOL (home of so many spammers) doesn't accept mail from an SMTP server
whose reverse lookup address in DNS doesn't match the mail domain/mail
server address/MX record. So if the client is sending from his own SMTP
server he needs to forward/relay via the ISP in order to send to AOL (if
necessary set up a second virtual SMTP server/connector just for AOL.

B) Don't deal with people who use AOL...or at least try to educate them
