I hate to say it but I don't think that qualifies as 'very large'
nowadays; it's a decent size and might hurt MySQL or SQL-Server (I'd
hope not though) but very large starts to mean a whole different
league for most [corporate] db guys (Telstra's customer billing main
table: 50,000,000,000 rows! - see http://tinyurl.com/2skz4 )
