do you have a static IP address? you can get one from
http://www.dyndns.org/services/dyndns/
then setup a script to ping your now static ip address through the day.
install a www.realvnc.com server on your home machine. then you can have fun
shutting down his browser windows full of pron.
Have you tried looking in the history of the browser? or is he clearing that
out?

My young cousin is supposed to be studying for his exams, but whenever I
get home from work I see that my Temp Internet Files folder has expanded
(I log all this, paranoia).
I suspect it's him using the PC, to surf when he should be studying.
He's not saying anything though.
So if I receive a message that tells me there is access from the PC, I'd
at least have something to grill him with. ;)
