Thanks - I've tried googling it but don't really seem to be getting
anywhere. Most websites don't seem to list prices.

I'd like to offer a flat "on-call" fee and then charge per time onsite as
opposed to charging per machine as I think this would be a lot more fair,
I'm just not really sure what the going rate is.

If you search for companies with similar services you can find out their
rates. Most charge per PC and per server per month.
