FN-FORUM: Apache/GD/PHP/MySql build etc..

Some kind soul sent a link some months back with
the place to grab all the files for a Linux server upgrade
and instructions.

I tried it at the time but one of the builds failed so after a bit of mucking about
I ended up giving up. Blowed if I can find it now - storing too many "potentially useful"
freelancers emails!

Would be grateful for an up-to-date version of same!
