More than one set of neighbours have nappy wearing kids, and are obliged =

store rubbish in bags in the cupbords outside thier doors, which all on=20
ocassion may leak and cause a thin slime that I can only describe as=20
desperatly unhealthy,=20
So I am refusing to clean the floor because the coucil refuse to issue us=
with=20
bins.
Ho. isn't being a responsible citizen fun....
