That sounds like the basic problem lies with the fact that they're
driving all of the monitors from one PC, so what you actually want is
some way for more than one person to simultaneously control a single
PC without conflicting with each other, rather than a way to handle
the multi-monitor display differently. Which means I suspect you're
screwed ;)

Could they not use two PCs and split the information load between
them?
