You've got two people on one machine, and you want them to have individual
control without getting in each other's way? They presumably have four
monitors each 'allocated' to them? AFAIK what you're after isn't possible on
Windows, because if you think about it, there's only one cursor.
(I'm confident I could do it with Linux and X, but it might be cheaper for
you to just buy another machine... ;OD)
