FN-FORUM: a question for the people who run this

i have been a member of this forum board on and off for several years - the
reason i cancel it is that i am on a 56k modem at home and for some reason
outlook express just stops when i am downloading mail and on one occasion,
my pop box got so full up when i was on holiday i had to cancel my email
account

is it not possible to publish an on-line version of the forumso people can
opt to look at the board or (as in my case) search for a particular string?

i know that you lot enjoy the various topics and ot rantings on this board,
but my outlook express has fucked up 3 times in the last three days
