FN-FORUM: Stuffed PC

I have a Tiny PC that just stops responding a few seconds into booting. I
have checked all the leads and hard disks and connections but each time it
runs for a few seconds and then quits.

I checked the bios and all seemed OK and then it quit out of that. Tried it
with a different monitor in case it was that but still it quits after a few
seconds. Power is still there, all the fans run.

WTF?

Is this fixable or should I just junk it and get another PC?
