How about selling yourself as accessibility consultant. You work with
the local business's in-house developer (*cough* son) providing training
/ mentoring.
Your not going to step on any-body's toes (as is often the case flogging
redesigns) , the business gets an accessible web presence and the bosses
son gains a valuable skill.
Its probably not going to make you rich, but might help you get a foot
in the door.
A little bit of bumf about why accessibility matters, a simple checklist
you can apply to demonstrate your point, etc etc
Just an idea :)
