Hello Dom,

DId you ask this before? I recommend Anne Stokes who has done artwork for
bands before - but I don't know what you call "cheap" and I don't know what

An alternative is Russ Crosby www.bings.co.uk who doesn't normally
do manga - but probably can :-) Russ's prices are quite reasonable.

I know other artists too including comic artists/illustrators if you are
still stuck.
