Our BNI chapter was approached by them and we took a committee decision
that we'd not let them in as we didn't think it was right for us. The
biggest problem is "what if somebody doesn't do the work ILO payment".
It's much harder to get somebody to do it / "pay" when there is no
actual money involved.

I guess it does work well, but not for all professions.
