FN-FORUM: do i own the rights to www.72dpi.co.uk?

I have been waiting for about 1 year for a domain name to come up again
after it had been detagged it was www.72dpi.co.uk
thanks to my bank stopping my overdraft without warning me I lost the domain
by 1 day :(


I however own a few variations including www.72dpi.me.uk and have been using
the 72dpi as a logo on various websites stationary etc so bassicly
what i want to know is it worth trying to get the domain name via nominet ie
try to get them to hand it over?? or
shall i just forget all about it?
