FN-FORUM: email problem

hi i was wondering if you could help me, i'm trying to send a email using my
outlook express, however a text box window keeps on appearing as it asks for
the username and password, once entering this information and clicking the
ok button, this window keeps on re-appearing, with the username and password
present, but not connecting to the outlook express. its unable to find the
host, error msg which appears '

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.globalgold.co.uk',
Server: 'mail.globalgold.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 535, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E'
