RE: FN-FORUM: Quickbooks
date posted 26th January 2004 17:05
I use quickbooks and although I don't have it set to remind me of things =
I
believe it can.
The help for it says....
Setting reminders about tasks to be done
How reminders work in QuickBooks
1 From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
2 In the Preferences window, select Reminders from the list on the
left.
3 Click the Company Preferences tab.
4 For each type of task listed, choose one of these preferences:
Show summary
Show list
Don't remind me
5 For the date-driven events, enter the number of days in advance that
you would like QuickBooks to add a reminder to the list.
6 (Optional) If you want the Reminders to appear each time you start
QuickBooks, click the My Preferences tab and select the "Show Reminders =
list
when QuickBooks starts" checkbox.
7 Click OK.

Hi, anyone using Quickbooks? Is it possible to setup QB so that it =
reminds
you to bill somebody,
like a hosting customer, on the due date?
Thank you kindly
