FN-FORUM: Network activity monitor

Hi all

We share our ADSL connection with two other companies. They each
connect to a port on our DES 1024R switch, which in turn connects to our
firewall thence to the ADSL connection. I'd like to be able to monitor
traffic on the network and wondered if anyone could suggest ways of
doing so? Ideally something that'll run on either a windows server or
workstation.

Any ideas?
