FN-FORUM: Validating email addresses in access

Hi All

I have to get rid of invalid email addresses from a 40,000 record table in
Access. Simple enough to remove duplicates and those without a @ in - but
is there a nice way to do the rest of it? Like checking with a regular
expression or something? If I had a query that would return all the bad
ones, I could run it, then delete 'em all.

Anyone got such a query, or the knowhow and bebotheredness to toss me any
ideas?
