FN-FORUM: Rates for corporate sector

I'm a first time consultant, and am trying to decide what rate is
reasonable/acceptable for the public sector. I am providing advice in
elearning and will inlcude research, setting up and evaluating projects,
experimenting with new ways of delivering elearning vai internet networks
and webistes for a key educaitonal provider.

Any ideas? I was either going to go for £220 or £200. Fair or too high?
