Hi there, it's gary from .net magazine here.

We're doing a wee feature in the mag about clients from hell, the
pointy-haired lunatics who reckon you can build amazon.com in ten minutes
for a tenner. I was wondering whether any of the forum folks had any horror
stories they'd like to share with the world? I can keep your name anonymous
if you're worried about reprisals :-)
